Arachniphobiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!

Do you have a fear of spiders?
I am certainly not crazy about them!
I don't mind Daddy Long Legs, but the rest of them give me the creeps!!!
But I just couldn't resist using a few for my vampy Halloween project today!

I just had to use my new favorite from CC&M - the Peek-a-View Box!
It is so much fun to play with!
I know - I just used in the last hop, but I have been dying to share this project with you!!

I started by stamping so Martha Stewart Halloween images onto the acetate & box. I used another piece of acetate to stamp the graveyard fence on & the headstones are another Martha Stewart punch/stamp combo. Isn't the vampy girl in the middle great?!! But the best part is all the FELT SPIDERS!
They're so CREEPY!! And they go so well with the girl!!
That's it!
Be sure to visit CC&M for more Halloween ideas!
There's a really fun coffin box that I want to play with next!
Cheers!

Spooktacular Match Box

Hi all!
Kim here today to share with you this adorable little match box I put together - perfect for a spooky little treat just in time for the upcoming Halloween season!
I assembled the match box die in Bazzill Smoothies "Tangelo Blast," which is super easy to put together - no tape required for the inside box! I added some Halloween stickers from my extensive stash ( I LOVE HALLOWEEN!!) to the top...

BOO!

My sister helped me attach the spider to a spring I pulled off an old pen by simply attaching a brad through one end of the spring into the box & the other end into the spider. I added some tiny red bling for the eyes, filled the box with candy corn & closed it up for the next "victim" to open!

Inchie Fun!

Good Morning Papercrafters!
Today I am sharing some inchie inspiration with you. Inchies are little 1" x 1" pieces of art and alot of papercrafters swap them. Some collect them as is, but they can be used on other paper projects as well. Creative Cuts and More has a whole line of window cards that are just perfect for inchies.

I think these little inchies so cute, peeking through the windows!
This was so easy to put together. I used a leaf stamp from the "Vintage Roses" set by Layers of Color and one of the sqaure window cards by Creative Cuts and More. CCM makes wonderful pre-cut window cards for inchies and twinches. This one is the A2 Square Borders Window Card. I adhered my 3 inchies inside the card.

I think it would be fun to organize an inchie swap with other papercrafters. I have to tell you though, that I'm so practically that I would want to have a "card" theme. It would work great if each participate created 3-4 inchies that would coordinate together, so that you could use them on a card. So what do you think??
Are you ready to organize an inchie swap with your friends??
Don't forget to order you inchie cards from Creative Cuts and More!

Thanks for stopping!!

Pumpkin Purse

How cute is this???? When I was working with the Retro Pocketbook, Terry (the owner of CC&M) suggested that this round shape would be perfect for a pumpkin. Hmmmmm........ I was intrigued and of course, I had to see how that would look. I think this is just too much fun!

Think of all the different pumpkin faces you can make for this purse. The possibilities are endless. I cut out the square nose and the triangle eyes from black cardstock. For the mouth, I drew it with a pencil until I got the look I wanted, and then I cut it out with fine-tipped scissors.

If you have little ones getting ready for trick-or-treating, this would be a fun project for them to work on. Let them cut out eyes and noses and experiment with mouths, and then glue them down onto these Retro Pocketbooks. They could give these little purses away to their grandmothers or teachers or babysitters. Just add some Halloween candy to the inside of the purse and this makes the perfect little gift.

Happy Halloween!

Do you love to make cards and give gifts?

Hi Everyone!  It's Noelle posting today!  I have a small little addiction to making cards.  I have made 139 so far this year.  My goal for the year was 100, so I made it.  :-)
One of my top 5 favorite dies at Creative Cuts is the Card Portfolio!  It makes such a fantastic gift!  I used scraps to decorate a plain white gift bag!
I had these custom cut in Basic Grey.  I LOVE every Basic Grey line I have ever seen!  The portfolio holds 6 A2 cards with envelopes.  It is so easy to put these together, I almost feel guilty giving them as gifts!  You only need a piece of ribbon from your stash and some Killer Red Tacky Tape!  Truthfully, you don't even have to use the ribbon.
I used a Spellbinder label to decorate the covers.  And added a Prima and a 'skittle' or a button. All of the stamps are dollar stamps from Studio G.
I went with Just A Note, Thinking of You and Happy Birthday.  That should give her a card for almost anything that comes up right?  Thanks for swinging by today!  Have a great day!
