Thanks so much for coming by! It's Noelle posting today. Our theme this month is Valentines Day! I ADORE this Scallop Border A2 Card! I decided my squares needed something extra this time so I used my Corner Chomper to decorate them a little! All the stamps are by {ippity}. The red hearts came from my stash!
