Santa Tin Gift Card Holder

Wow its Monday already! The weekend flew by.
Hope you had a wonderful one.

Today I have for you a simple, quick and fun project that I know everyone has a need for.
Gift card holders....

I have 2 nephews that I give either cash (the old standby) or a gift card if I know they are wanting a certain something from a certain some place. So I am always looking for easy to make, not so girly gift card holders. And I like to send a little treat too. When I saw these tins I thought of them instantly. Then I had the task of toning down my girly side (its not too girly but it did have some gem notions). I saw the Santa Peeker in my bag of fun treats I get to work with this month and it hit me. Perfect for the boys. Now I'm all set with their Christmas gift just need to add the cash/card in December and stick under the tree.
Check one thing off my To Do List for the holdiays!

Here is the inside of the tin:  Simple greeting and a strip of designer paper over cardstock - Added 4 nuggets covered in paper and there is room for the cash/card on top.
If I was giving this to a girl I would add some little decorations to the tops of the candies - boys nope! They wonder why you wrapped their candy.

Items I used: Santa Peeker from Cottage Cutz, Sassy Salutations Stamp set - SU
Tins, Cardstock, SU designer paper, corner rounder, White Tear-able tape
