Just sharing this Pocket with Window & Tag card from Creative Cuts and More. The pocket is Bazzill Maraschino Red that I dry embossed with Swiss Dots. I used Tear-able Tape on the scored tabs.

Dawn Lusk, here, sharing this Hat Card from Creative Cuts and More.
This die cut comes ready to embellish whatever your need may be! I chose to do more of an "encouragement" type, but how cute would it be for a tea party invitation!!

I stamped it with Crocheted Background (Our Daily Bread designs) then embossed with an embossing folder. The fun part was adding these cool Felt Flowers from the Flower Assortment-Felt-Dark. For filler, I added some punched foliage.

Hi, Dawn Lusk here,
sharing today this Oval Window A2 Card w/Mat
from Creative Cuts and More.

I can't tell you how handy these precut, and scored cards are...especially when I've got release deadlines! This one is Bazzill Smoothies Kiwi Crush and Pear Crush... mmmm, makes me want to make a smoothie!!

I embossed the mat with Victoria embossing folder in my Cuttlebug. The stamp set is Poppies, Poppies, Poppies by Mark's Finest Papers being released June7th.

And Now...Real Life Begins!

Dawn Lusk here sharing this Waterfall graduation card from Creative Cuts and More. I don't know about you, but there seems to be quite a few graduating and I'm busy making lots of cards!

Having pre-cut and scored cardstock is such a help when I'm mass producing or in a hurry!! This is Bazzill and Neenah cardstock from Creative Cuts and More in Huckleberry Pie, Pear Crush, Loganberry Pie and White... makes you hungry doesn't it!!

It's so easy to put together too! I used Killer White Tear-able Tape to adhere the mechanism to the base and the squares to the mechanism. I dry embossed the edges with Cuttlebug border, Frills.

A fun graduation card! All images are from Mark's Finest Papers, Here Comes The Grad, and colored with Copics.

From Me to You!

two items from Creative Cuts and More, Butterfly Box and a Pop-Up Card.

Coming pre-cut and scored takes all the fretting out of creating! Just add some embossing, bling, designer paper and some sentiments or images and you're ready to go!  I used White Tear-able Tape which also makes the job much faster!

This is actually the "insert" for the Pop-Up card, all I did was cover the pop-up part on the outside with paper from Bo Bunny with colors that matched my image on the inside pop-up!

I love the Bazzill cardstock! The Butterfly Box is Pear Crush (smoothie), the Pop-Up card is Sprout Green (canvas texture).

Time For A Baby Shower!

Hi friends, Dawn Lusk here sharing this darling Baby Shoe from Creative Cuts and More. It seems I know at least 5 that are expecting, several with their first baby, so I know I'll be attending some showers in the near future! Don't these sweet shoes make excellent goody containers?!

This one is made from Bazzill Smoothies, Guava Sensation that I dry embossed. It's so simple to put together, there is a tutorial here. I used Killer White Tacky Tearable Tape, that stuff is awesome! A little ribbon and a brad and you have the sweetest decoration!!

For extra fun, make a placecard for the head table or if you're feeling extra crafty...for everyone attending!

Waterfall of Greetings!

Hi, Dawn Lusk here, sharing this Waterfall Card
from Creative Cuts & More.

Here is the inside, using the Waterfall Card Mechanism with Squares, (Bazzill Super Smooth white, Blackberry Swirl, Pear Crush)
Before assembling, I embossed the edges with Cuttlebug's With Love embossing border and the center pull tab with Polka Dots, then adhered it to my card with White Tear-able Tape. 

Everything comes cut and pre-scored so it takes all the guess work out! Simply stamp your desired images on the smaller 1.75x1.75 squares, mount on the 2x2 squares and place on the center pull.

Winter Cupcake Pick-Me-Up!

I love to decorate the Cupcake Box Set & give it as a  

sweet little gift for a friend.

I had the box cut in Ocean Breeze and the lid in

Cream Bazzill Smooth Cardstock.

I ordered a sheet of the Ocean Breeze and Cream so I could make cards and tags to match!!

I couldn't stop stamping so I added a little to the inside.

It's the same arrangement that is on one side of the box.

Cupcake Box Set

I'm in love with the Cupcake Box die. Although it is the perfect size for a cupcake, it's also a great container size for all sorts of trinkets and ephemera. In fact, my very first thought with the Cupcake Box was that it would make the PERFECT gift box for a rolled-up necktie. So I asked my husband for a tie I could use as a prop to photograph with the box and he said that he doesn't have one!

So I went ahead and decorated the box with a more neutral collage of postage and mail themes -- and now instead of a tie box gift, it'll be on Grandma's writing desk holding her postage stamps and return address labels. Isn't it funny how projects evolve?

Creative Cuts & More has these round and rectangular MINI ALBUM & TIN KITS.
I made mine into a super cute banner, unfortunately, the ribbons made it too bulky so I can't fit it back into the tin (not shown here). That just means I can make something else for the tin....yeay!

Dawn's "Berry Best"

We have a gorgeous sample to share today, created by Dawn Lusk. She's something of a stamping celebrity as a member of the SplitCoastStampers Dirty Dozen DT. We're delighted that she gave us permission to share this with you.


The base of her creation is the Slash Folder with Tag #05, cut from Bazzill Smoothies cardstocks. See the darker blue portion? She embossed it with a Cuttlebug embossing folder before assembly. The little dots mimic blueberries. Creative genius, wouldn't you say?

The colors, sentiment and images all work so well together! Thank you, Dawn!

Love Card From Jenny

What a cute card from Jenny! This lovely valentine is an A7 Heart Window Card cut from Bazzill Smoothies in Cherry Splash.


Jenny traced the heart window onto white paper, cut it out and stamped some CDS Florishes on it. She then put it inside the window of the heart. She also stamped and cut out some hearts, then added some Crystal Effects and glitter to them and attached them with glue dots.

More eye candy from Jenny Erichsen! This is a shaker kit, which comes with the outside scalloped border (in this case cut from Bazzill Smoothies Berry Sensation), acetate, white round die cut and pop up foam.

The small hearts within the shaker were stamped and then cut out from white cardstock and clear microbeads were added.

On her blog post, Jenny said she thought it was much easier to use the kit instead of trying to make her own.
