Mix & Match Mini Album

Hello everyone! Kayla here with another mini album to share with you today! My brother-in-law recently got married. I instantly knew his fiance and I would get along great. I wanted to do something special for her bridal shower. I decided to make her a recipe album.

This is the Mix & Match album. I used Jenni Bowlin Crate Paper and a button to create the flower. I stickled the flourish and added the Antique Label.

I added tag shaped pages in between the mix and match pages. The inside of the cover is a pocket for more recipes. I used the hinge die cut on this page. I googled free recipe cards and printed them off.

Here I used the Scallop Circle Frame in tacky tape and covered it with Doodlebug Sugarcoating Glitter. I also used more hinges and Doodlebug rhinestones.

I used Smooch on the hinges that were cut out of chipboard.

On these pages I used the Antique Elegance Frame, Scalloped Circle Frame and more rhinestones.

And finally the last page. I used more hinges and created another pocket to store more recipe cards.

4th of July Layout

Hello! Kayla here sharing a layout I recently created! Yes, I know, I am just now getting to my 4th of July pictures from last year! Eek! I didn't have but a couple scraps of 4th of July paper, so I decided to just use red, white and blue cardstock.

I used the Scallop Circle, rhinestones,Filigree rectangle and a page from the Mix & Match album. The sticker and jellishment are from Doodlebug.

I used the rhinestones in place of brads on the sticker and in the center of the jellishment.

I love the little rhinestones in the scalloped edge! The red piece, its a page from the Mix & Match album. I love the fun edges and they make great additions to layout and mats for photos!

Accordion Mini Album Tin set

Hello! Kayla here to share another project today!

I used the Rectangle Accordion Mini Album with Layers and Tin Set.
The set came with the tin and the base and layer for the lid cut just perfect! I used a Scenic Route rub-on and My Minds Eye acetate flowers to decorate the top.

The set also comes with another piece and layer I chose to put on the inside of the lid.

The accordion and layering pieces are all part of the set. It was super quick and simple to put together. I was going to add bits of papers once I figured out which photos I want to put in it.

This would make such a fun, quick and simple gift! I definitely want to make more!

Shaker Card Turned Mini

I really enjoy adding pictures to cards. Here, I used the Shaker Card & 3D Shaker Envelope Set.

I used the Cosmo Cricket Early Bird line and was able to find bits and pieces of cardstock that worked perfect.

Snow Layout

Hopefully this is greeting you on a sunny day! I know a lot of you have had more than your fair share of snow this year. We, unfortunately, here in Oregon haven't gotten very much at all!

My son got so excited the first morning he woke up to snow. He could barely wait to go outside and play in it. You can tell by his expression he was just too excited to pose for a nice picture.

Supplies used: Doodlebug Bubble Gum Glitter, Tacky Tape Circle, Scallop Frame, Circle Scallop, Snowflake #01 Petite, My Minds Eye Paper, American Crafts Thickers, Unknown Scraps

This was my first time playing with Tacky Tape die cuts and glitter. Boy was it fun! I wanted to give a close up of the frame.

In case your wondering what the tacky tape die cuts are like and how you use them I took pictures along the way.

First, this is what it looks like.

I peeled off one side and put it in a bowl.

I then sprinkled the glitter over it and patted it down to make sure it was on there good.

I then shook the excess glitter off and peeled off the back and stuck it where I wanted it.

It was as simple as that! The Doodlebug glitter bottles don't look all that big, but my container still looks new after using this. there is a TON of glitter in them!
