Super September Hop

Welcome to our amazing Autumn & Halloween September Blog Hop! We're showing off projects that are perfect for the season.

Before we head off to the hop, we have a few cute photos to show you. Design Team member Kat Salmon created this spooky Haunted House using the Bare Elements Reyna Castle Book from CC&M.

Kat also created this wonderful bowl of Halloween goodies using our die cuts. She used the exclusive Coffin Box, the Oval Window Box and the Short Puff Box. We think these couldn't be any cuter!

And now for some exciting news! We've got a terrifically terrifying new Haunted House Castle Album kit to debut. And guess what? We're offering up one of these kits for BLOG CANDY! DT member Pam Smerker really outdid herself with this one, wouldn't you say? This kit features the Bare Elements Reyna Castle Book plus die cuts and Diva Dots from CC&M and papers & embellishments from Doodlebug. Here's the eye candy:

They're a great value!

Right now, it's time for more eye candy! We've got some adorable birthday themed projects to show you, created by Pam Smerker. First, her girl birthday ensemble, made using the Dress Boxes made up like little ballerinas and an adorable cake made from Cake Slice Boxes:

And next up is her take on a more masculine birthday ensemble, using the Cake Slice Boxes and clear acetate Candy Boxes:

Apron Thank You Card

Here is a super easy card for those of you who love to give out Starbucks gift cards. The apron die cut has a flap that folds up creating a pocket, just big enough for a gift card and a small note if you like. Double Mates card stock was used here, which comes in a variety of colors. Each color has a dark and light side, great for cards where you see both sides of the card stock at once. This card would also make a great Father's Day gift. Just change up the colors and add a "home improvement store" gift card inside.

Thanks for looking!
Pam

Recipe:
CC&M "Apron Card": card stock color "Emerald Isle" Double Mates
Eyelets: Eye-Lets Etc.
Ribbon: unknown
Oval & Circle Punches: Stampin' UP!
Chipboard Letters: "Thickers" by American Crafts

Tip: Double Mates card stock works great for window cards too.

Topiary Time!

It's time for a pretty topiary submitted by Pam Smerker! This would be great home decor or a special decoration for a party.

This topiary was already assembled and covered with moss when she acquired it. She added the flowers cut from white, red, and pink cardstock and attached them with wedding pins. For finishing touches, she tied ribbons to the stems and added a topper made from die cut hearts.

Hockey Frame

Design Team member Pam Smerker is a long-time fan of the Colorado Avalanche, and she and her family are all decked out in team gear! How appropriate that she'd create a special frame for this photo!

Pam used a rubber stamp (with some alterations to account for sleeve length and the logo) for the jersey, and used the Hockey Stick and Puck die cuts from CC&M to embellish the frame.

Creative Cuts and More does offer a few more sports-specific die cuts like an Award ribbon and a Volleyball... and more dies are being added every week!
